At i Live 2 Lead we bring together groups of young women from around the world to work together and in the process they form a future international network of young leaders. We have developed a proprietary leadership curriculum that addresses the specific issues of adolescent females by:

1. providing access to high-powered professional women who can serve as inspiring role models and mentors;

2. training in leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills,

including social media and on-camera interviewing techniques;

3. developing the ability to think as global leaders by participating in a multi-cultural experience.
