Why develop women leaders?

Women make up over half the world's population, but they are significantly under-represented in leadership positions. It's critical that they have the opportunity -- and the skills -- to fully participate in crafting and taking the important decisions that shape not only their lives, but those of their families and ultimately their communities as well.

i Live 2 Lead wants to help re-write the story and develop women leaders who have the practical skills, inspirational role models and confidence in their own ability to lead change on every level.
